Re: WHY doesn't Adobe Support answer the phone?

Lightroom: ~$79/upgrade

Margin for phone support: ~$1 (my estimate).

I think, on average, users prefer cheap products over extra cost that would cover quality 1-on-1 phone support.

Have you tried "chatting" with Adobe? (at least you don't have to listen to cheezey music while you're waiting )
