This is Adobe's User-to-User forum and though an occasional Adobe employee stops by, this is a place for users to help other users. We don't have access to the channel that provides phone support. If you want to complain-that is the venue. If you want help, this is a good venue. Chances are good, however, that posting your question first might have resulted in a more rapid response than you recieved on Facebook. The density of willing, hard working Lightroom Gurus is far higher here.
