Re: Why shows Raw Therapee a smaller focal length than Lightroom does?

Hi DdeGannes,

I do not want to process the raw file with two converters but the intention was to modify the raw file in a manner that lightroom does not relate it to the S100 any more. By doing this the lost pixels and therefore a larger field of view is visible and this is indeed a benefit. Its an addon to the anyway superb built in 24 mm. IMO there are two things to do:

1. modify the RAW file in a way that lightroom shows the real sensor data (THG_BO had a fisrt success with this by using ufraw - see his post)

2. create a new lense profile to get rid of the lense distortion

When I will get 1. with minor effort then I can do 2. My hope is, that CHDK is able to modify the RAW file to a DNG file right out of the cam.
