I do not get this warning in Lightroom. I get the message when I export the pdf, then I try to upload the pdf to plub. I have to do this as a work around, because when I use the direct upload to blurb, it washes out my backgrounds, and render them useless. My light backgrounds just turn totally white/blank. My colored backgrounds become overexposed and washed out compared to the original.
