Last guess for me, and if this doesn't work, then I'm stumped
Exit Lightroom, delete your preferences file (http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/preference-file-locations-lightroo m-4.html), and then open Lightroom and try right-clicking in the folder panel again
