Pointless to do since the output has nothing to do with sRGB. The only profile that is useful for soft proofing is the profile that will be used to convert the data for output. That isn't sRGB or for that matter the CMYK profile you can't use in LR which Blurb supplies. IOW, soft proofing to Blurb isn't going to fly. Now in Photoshop, assuming you could get your hands on the actual ICC profile used for the process, useful. Otherwise, not.
