Thing is every raw conversion software use the profiles created by their engineers to process the raw data. The process have different chefs so the results are different.
Contrary to what you think your camera manufacturer does not create a profile to present you with accurate colors, they provide you with a profile that portrays what their chef considers pleasing. If you require color accurate results you will hve to create profiles for your camera with hardware and software available on the market.
Adobe has their own DNG profile creator which can provide some free help.
