1) In the Export Dialog, at the very bottom is the section "Post Processing". In the window select <Do Nothing>.
2) In the Grid View go >View >View Options (or press Ctrl / Cmd + J) and select the Grid View tab. Check the box for <Thumbnail Badges>.
