I've just found that my LR4 catalogue has moved from my internal HD (on an iMac) to the external drive I use for backing up the LR catalogue.
In fact it IS one of the backups...
I think this happened, about 6 months ago, when I saw that my catalogue wasn't being updated after shut down and backing up.
I changed the Preference setting to "Load the most recent catalogue".
Solved that problem but maybe that's when the catalogue moved places (?).
I'd like to move the catalogue back to the internal HD.
My photos are all on an external HD and backups are on a second external drive.
The initial catalogue is still on my internal drive (but hasn't been updated for months).
Should I simply move the up-to-date catalogue back to the internal drive, then delete the out-of-date catalogue?
