Yes, you will. But you can't use or view the files - they are .dat files. Here's a screen shot - the first nine files only - from my Camera Raw cache while Lr is closed:
You can increase the size of the Camera Raw cache in Preferences, if you have room on your hard drive. This will help to improve Lr performance.You also can purge the Camera raw cache in Preferences. This will empty the cache.
