Thanks, Geoff. That video was informative but only until 10 minutes in when she imported her pictures. I can't watch past that because I still can't import. I did go in and change the permissions to the guest profile to read and write so I'm good there. The error message reads "Some import operations were not performed. The following files were not imported because they could not be read." I left off that first part earlier.
