LR does indeed let you choose either their own standard, or one of the picture styles available in teh 5D Mk II. It's in camera calibration and profile.

You must have moved or renamed image files outside of Lr. If this is done Lr looses the link to the image file.You have to fix this in the Library Module, best in Grid View.First look in the folders...

You can do this, or upgrade Photoshop - there isn't any way to get beyond ACR 5.x with CS4... Sorry.
