Probably because they are hidden folders. What are you going to do with the folder when you find it, they are only viewable/accessable by Adobe Camera Raw and Lightroom.

You'll have to enable "Show hidden files" in Windows to see the AppData folder http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows7/Show-hidden-files Why are you trying to access that file in the first place?
