ghtroom is totally frozen -- can not even quit :AgStoreProviderSession:getEntityByID: id must be a number or string.
Tried to "save a lightroom image edited in Photoshop. When I go back to LR I get the notice " an internal error has occured.
AgStoreProviderSession:getEntityByID: id must be a number or string. OK"
clicking OK gets a momentary clear screen then the message again. I can not quit Lr to see if that will help . Anyone have any ideas on how to get back to a working Lr?

LR>PS save; back to LR & photo shows current save until Develop; reverts to previous save. Help!
Working in Lightroom I right click my photo and edit in Photoshop. I saved from Photoshop and continued to work, once finish I saved again in Photoshop. Then, I made my way back over to Lightroom to edit the photo. Now here the issue. When I am looking at the photo in Library or double click the photo and view I see my most recent save. But, the second I Develop, BOOM! My photo reverts back to my previous save. I've done this process of editing between PS and LR hundreds of times and haven't run into this issue before. What am I doing wrong? What have I done?

Nothing is there, even in the Library Module. I have to manually import the edited tiff file from where the RAW files are stored. The thing is, Photoshop does save the edit, but does not automatically import for some reason.

Which version of Lightroom and Photoshop are you using?
Please Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" under Preferences>>Performance (if using version CC/6)
Restart Lightroom

there are exclamation marks at the tops of my pictures i'm trying to export. it asked if i want lr to try and find my picture... i said yes... now.. one of my pictures is completly warped... it looks like it has the image photoshoped over it 2 or 3 times... WHAT DO I DO to fix THAT and get my other photos back???????

I'm seeing something that might be similar. Lightroom 6.3, OS X 10.11.1.
This is not repeatable on demand but has happened to me 3 or 4 times since installing 6.3.
In the develop module. Select the adjustment brush. The adjustment panel drops down as expected but the cursor does NOT turn into the adjustment cursor (circle with +). Instead the cursor is the zoom cursor and if I click the image zooms, turning the cursor into the hand cursor. The only way to get the appropriate adjustment cursor is to quit Lightroom and re-start.
Or, select the Radial Filter. The filter effect panel drops down but the cursor does NOT turn into a + -- it was an Arrow. Clicking caused the image to move as if being dragged. I hit "g" to return to the Library. The cursor was still an arrow, but clicking on image thumbnails did not select the image. Again, quitting Lightroom and re-starting was the only way to restore proper operation.

To send a picture as an attachment, mail programs (including Outlook) must encode the attachment in an industry-standard way that is inefficient, expanding the byte size of the picture. Outlook is showing you the size of the expanded, encoded attachment. When someone receives the email and detaches the pic to their hard disk, it will have exactly the same size as the original exported pic.

Are you using Mac or Windows machine?
Did you ensured all Adobe folders have Read write Permission?

Re: Lightroom installation issues
It may be user permissions related. It’s a good idea to verify that the issue is related to user permissions before using the Repair Permissions utility. To do so, first set up a new user account with Administrator rights and test in this new account.

Once the Admin user account is created, log into the new Admin account and install Lightroom to see if the problem goes away.
