Software that is not color managed will display your photo differently. I do not know about the software you mention, although I suspect that is the problem.
So what happens if you take the export and open it in Lightroom, is it the same as the original, or not?
Either that or the photo is really being modified by Lightroom, without you realizing it. If you go into LR and look at the history panel in the Develop Module for the original photo, the should only be one entry and it should say "Import". If it says anything else, then the image was indeed modified by Lightroom.
