Yes, tried a HD search previously, without luck. I was pinning my hopes on the files being embedded somewhere within LR given it shows the thumbnails (which can be expanded) I thought there must be another location. How does it retain the data to display the images?
Unfortunately, being new to LR, I can't remember exactly how I managed to lose them. I do recall attempting an export but not the specific selections.
